This invention relates to an enzymatic detergent drain cleaner composition containing: 0.015-20 wt.% of an acid cellulase enzyme having hydrolytic activity specific to .beta.-glucosidic bonds; 1-70 wt.% of a water soluble carbonate salt; 1-70 wt.% of a water soluble acid that reacts in an aqueous medium with the carbonate salt to form carbon dioxide that dissolves in the aqueous medium; 0.1-10 wt.% of a surfactant; and 0.05-5 wt.% of a thickening agent. This detergent composition may be used as an enzymatic detergent drain cleaner or in a method for removing or preventing bacterial cellulose deposits in an aqueous system at a solution temperature of up to about 60 °C and a pH of about 2 to about 7.
Cette invention concerne une composition enzymatique de détergence, servant au nettoyage de tuyaux d'écoulement et comprenant en pourcentage pondéral: 0,015 à 20 % d'une cellulase acide possédant une activité hydrolytique spécifique des liaisons beta -glucosidiques; 1 à 70 % d'un sel de carbonate hydrosoluble; 1 à 70 % d'un acide hydrosoluble réagissant dans un milieu aqueux avec le sel de carbonate pour former du dioxyde de carbone qui se dissout dans le milieu aqueux; 0,1 à 10 % d'un tensioactif et 0,05 à 5 % d'un épaississant. On peut utiliser cette composition de détergence en tant que nettoyant détergent enzymatique pour tuyaux d'écoulement ou dans un procédé servant à enlever ou à empêcher les dépôts de cellulose bactérienne dans un système aqueux, à une température de solution pouvant aller jusqu'à environ 60 DEG C et à un pH de l'ordre d'environ 2 à environ 7.
