In the case of an injection nozzle, in particular hot- runner nozzle (7), for arrangement in an injection mould (11) which has a relatively large number of plates as a function of the configuration, and which has, on its solid mould side (I), at least one platen (4) and one feed plate (5), and, on its moveable, separable mould side (II) at least one cavity plate (2), at the mould cavity (3) of which a nozzle point (8) is used, where the hot-runner nozzle (7) has, at its rear end distant from the nozzle point (8), a hollow flange housing (18) which has a housing collar (11) and which receives a material tube (20) with a flow channel (9) for a material melt leading to the nozzle point (8), and also has connections for a heating system (16) and/or cooling system and temperature sensor (17), the material pipe (20) has been connected at its rear end by way of a delimited length section (21) of its outer jacket area to the flange housing (18) at the inner jacket area thereof so as to form a single piece.
L'invention concerne une buse de moulage par injection, notamment une buse à canal chaud (7), devant être disposée dans un outil de moulage par injection (11), qui présente, en fonction de la configuration, un plus grand nombre de plaques et qui possède sur son côté d'outil fixe (I) au moins une plaque de fixation d'outil ou plaque arrière (4) ainsi qu'une plaque de distribution (5) et sur son côté de moule (II) mobile, séparable, au moins une plaque à cavités (2) comportant une cavité de moule (3) sur laquelle vient s'insérer une pointe de buse (8), la buse à canal chaud (7) présentant, à son extrémité arrière éloignée de la pointe de buse (8), un boîtier bridé (18) en forme de corps creux, muni d'un épaulement de boîtier (11), qui reçoit un tube de matériau (20) avec un canal d'écoulement (9) débouchant dans la pointe de la buse (8), pour un matériau en fusion, et comprenant aussi des raccords pour un chauffage (16) et/ou un refroidissement ainsi que des capteurs de mesure de température (17). Le tube de matériau (20) est connecté à son extrémité arrière par le biais d'une portion de longueur limitée (21) de sa surface d'enveloppe extérieure, d'une seule pièce au boîtier bridé (18) au niveau de sa surface d'enveloppe intérieure.
