A drain assembly (10) mountable in a drain opening (34) of a wash basin (36) includes a movable stopper guide (18) that can be used during installation to align the drain flange (14) to the drain body (12) from above the sink. The stopper guide (18) supports at an upper end a stopper (16) for closing the drain opening. The stopper guide (18) has an axial opening (52) accommodating an axial fastener (20) joining the drain flange (14) and drain body (12) to the basin. The stopper guide (18) also has downwardly extending legs (52) defining an axial slot (58) extending from the axial opening (52). A method of installing a drain assembly (10) to a basin is also disclosed.
L'invention concerne un ensemble d'écoulement (10) pouvant être monté dans un orifice d'écoulement (34) d'un lavabo (36), comprenant un guide d'obturateur mobile (18) qui peut être utilisé, lors du montage, en vue d'aligner la bride d'écoulement (14) avec le corps du tuyau d'écoulement (12) à partir du haut du lavabo. Le guide d'obturateur (18) sert d'appui, à son extrémité supérieure, à un bouchon (16) de fermeture de l'orifice d'écoulement.
