A greatly simplified improved vacuum filter funnel consists of two pieces, namely, an upper reservoir member (1) and a lower spout member (11). The upper reservoir member has an annular ring (8) downwardly extending from the bottom thereof which fits inside an annular rim (16) upwardly extending from the top of the lower spout member. A filter disk (15) rests on an integral grid (14) at the top of the lower spout member and is held in place between the upper and lower members by solely the weight of the upper member. The filter disk is readily removed after simply lifting up the upper reservoir member. Both the reservoir and spout members are preferably constructed of a chemical and heat- resistant organic plastic, for example polysulfone, so that the parts may be sterilized in an autoclave.

L'invention porte sur une trémie très simplifiée pour filtre à vide en deux parties, soit un réservoir supérieur (1), et une goulotte inférieure (11). Le réservoir comporte à sa base une partie annulaire (8) s'étendant vers le bas et qui s'engage dans une nervure annulaire (16) s'étendant vers le haut à partir du sommet de la goulotte. Un disque filtre (15), qui repose sur une grille (14) formant partie intégrante du sommet de la goulotte, est maintenu en place entre les éléments supérieur et inférieur par le seul poids de l'élément supérieur. Le disque filtre s'extrait ainsi facilement en soulevant le réservoir. Le réservoir et la goulotte seront de préférence faits d'un plastique organique thermorésistant, tel que le polysulfone, pour permettre leur stérilisation en autoclave.
