Method and device for growing a plant. In particular, a device intended for accommodating the quick-growing stem of tomato, cucumber and sweet pepper plants. It is proposed to wind up said stem from the bottom in such a manner that the plant continuously extends in the cultivation space at the same height. Winding up of the stem in a simple manner is possible, as a result of which the latter extends about the winding point in a coiled manner. The end of the stem is arranged in a substrate carrier, such as a gutter, which also rotates. According to another variant, the stem is pressed into substrate material during winding up, resulting in the plant forming roots, so that the part of the stem which is already developed can be cut off.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de culture d'une plante. Elle concerne, en particulier, un dispositif destiné à recevoir la tige à croissance rapide des plants de tomate, de concombre et de poivron. Il est envisagé d'enrouler ladite tige depuis le bas de façon telle à ce que la plante pousse en continu dans l'espace de culture toujours à la même hauteur. L'enroulement de la tige de façon simple est possible, suite à quoi celle-ci pousse autour de l'axe d'enroulement de façon hélicoïdale. L'extrémité de la tige est disposée dans un support pour substrat, tel qu'une jardinière, qui est également animé d'un mouvement de rotation. Selon une autre variante, la tige est comprimée dans le matériau servant de substrat durant son enroulement, ce qui entraîne la formation de racines par la plante, si bien que la partie de la tige qui s'est déjà développée peut être coupée.
