The description relates to a vehicle heater with two circuits. One circuit leads from the vehicle's engine (1) via a heating device (3) and a heat exchanger (5) back to the engine (1), while the other circuit leads from the heating device (3) via the heat exchanger (5) back to the heating device (3). These two circuits may be automatically switched by a single valve, a two-way valve (8) structurally combined with a check valve (9), so that no auxiliary power, e.g. current from the vehicle battery, is needed.

L'invention concerne un chauffage de véhicule à deux circuits. L'un des circuits part du moteur du véhicule (1) et passe par un appareil de chauffage (3) et un échangeur de chaleur (5) pour revenir au moteur (1), tandis que l'autre circuit part de l'appareil de chauffage (3) et passe par l'échangeur de chaleur (5) pour revenir à l'appareil de chauffage (3). Ces deux circuits peuvent être commutés automatiquement au moyen d'une vanne unique, en l'occurence une vanne deux voies (8) associée à une soupape de non-retour (9), de sorte qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de recourir à une énergie auxiliaire, par exemple le courant fourni par la batterie du véhicule.
