The invention relates to a method for producing a thermoplastic part (1) with an injected seal (3), to an injection molding device, and to a corresponding thermoplastic part. For injecting the seal, a channel (2) is formed during molding of the thermoplastic part (1). Liquid cross-linking plastic is injected into said channel as material for the seal (3). Sealing projections (12) are configured on the edge of the channel and/or on the injection molding tool in order to prevent the channel from overflowing during injection. When closing the tool, undercuts (6) are formed on the upper edge of the channel which hold the solidified seal (3) in the channel.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire une pièce en matière thermoplastique (1) pourvue d'un joint (3) moulé par injection, ainsi qu'un dispositif de moulage par injection et une pièce en matière thermoplastique correspondante. Pour le moulage par injection du joint, lors du moulage de la pièce en matière thermoplastique (1) est formée une rainure (2) dans laquelle est injectée, en tant que matériau destiné à former le joint (3), une matière plastique liquide réticulable. Pour empêcher un débordement de la matière moulée par injection sur les bords de la rainure, des saillies d'étanchéité (12) sont formées sur le bord de la rainure et/ou sur l'outil de moulage par injection. Lors de la fermeture de l'outil, des contre-dépouilles (6) sont formées sur l'arête supérieure de la rainure et maintiennent le joint (3) solidifié dans la rainure.
