The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an absorbent composite in a sanitary product and to an absorbent composite in a sanitary product, manufactured by means of the method. In the method, at least one liquid absorbing layer (14) is formed by means of the dry forming technique, which absorbing layer comprises natural fibres, such as wood fibres, or natural fibres and plastic fibres mixed with one another, and superabsorbent material (15), and which is bound by means of heat. According to the invention, at least one material layer (13) is dry formed on the absorbing layer (14), before the absorbing layer is bound by means of heat, from fibres crimping in connection with the binding taking place by means of heat.
La présente invention porte sur une méthode pour l'obtention d'un matériau composite absorbant dans un article hygiénique et produit sanitaire et sur le matériau ainsi obtenu. Dans la méthode, au moins une couche absorbante liquide (14) est formée au moyen de la technique de formage à sec, ladite couche absorbante comprenant des fibres naturelles, telles que des fibres de bois, ou un mélange de fibres naturelles et des fibres plastiques, et un matériau superabsorbant (15), et qui est lié par chaleur. Selon la présente invention, au moins une couche de matériau (13) est formée à sec sur la couche absorbante (14), avant que la couche absorbante soit liée par chaleur, avec le sertissage des fibres en connexion avec la liaison s'effectuant au moyen de la chaleur.
