A system for optimising the cycling conditions used to control a polymerase chain reaction assigns membership values for denaturation, annealing and extension events in order to determine the relative contribution of each event during the reaction, and using genetic algorithms to determine the optimum times required to complete each event.
L'invention concerne un système qui permet d'optimiser les conditions liées aux cycles successifs intervenant dans le contrôle de l'ACP. Par ce système, on attribue des valeurs d'appartenance pour les opérations de dénaturation, de renaturation et d'élongation, de manière à déterminer la contribution relative de chaque opération durant la réaction. En outre, on recourt à des algorithmes génétiques visant à déterminer les durées optimales requises pour les opérations respectives.
