FLUID CONTROL DEVICE FOR REMOVAL OF WELL TUBING FROM A WELL ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fluid control unit is designed for use in removing wet tubing from a well and comprises a substantially closed box with a hole in the top and bottom plate and which is mounted a sealing rubber. The box can thus slide along the tubing forming a seal at the top and bottom sealing rubbers so that the box is closed around the tubing. A duct on one side of the housing can discharge fluid communicated into the housing by separation of one section of tubing from the next while the housing bridges the gap between the sections. The unit thus enables the tubing to be removed while fluid in the tubing is properly discharged under control in a suitable storage location.
