Précis Dans la présente invention, la force magnétique attractive ou répulsive créée par le champ magnétique existant entre des aimants permanents, les uns fixés autour de l'arbre du rotor d'un moteur magnétique et les autres fixés au stator, est coupée par un masque de métal tournant entre le rotor et le stator et synchronisé par une transmission à courroies afin d'obtenir un couple moteur sur le rotor du moteur. La vitesse et le sens de rotation du rotor peuvent être modifiés en variant la synchronisation du masque par le déplacement du support qui tient les poulies de transfert de la transmission.
