An LED illuminator has an LED (40), a sleeve (30), a housing (10), a first wire (21) and a second wire (22). The LED (40) has two conductive leg- plates (42, 43) and comprising a fore leg-plate (42) and a rear leg-plate (43). The sleeve (30) is mounted around the LED (40) and comprising a fore mounting hole (321) mounted around the fore leg-plate (42) and a rear mounting hole (331) being mounted around the rear leg-plate (43). The housing (10) receives the sleeve (30) and has a fore terminal channel (12) and a rear terminal channel (13). The first wire (21) has a first terminal (211) being mounted in the fore terminal channel (12) and the second wire (22) has a second terminal (221) being mounted in the rear terminal channel (13). Each wire (21,22) respectively contacts the leg-plates (42, 43) electrically.
