An accessory support apparatus (12, 14) for use with a patient support (10) includes a body (36) including a plurality of accessory couplers (25, 26, 27). A coupler (60) is configured to couple the body (36) to the patient support (10) for pivotable movement about an axis of rotation (64). A latch (62) is configured to lock the body (36) selectively in one of a plurality of different positions relative to the patient support (10).
