A device for cleaning chilled rolls is provided which can keep higher cleanliness of a brush. A brush 13 comprises a rotatable cylindrical barrel 15 formed with a number of suction through-holes 14 extending from an outer periphery to inside, the barrel extending in parallel with an axis of the roll, grouped cleaning wires 16 implanted on the outer periphery of the barrel 15 and forming a helical bank extending from one end to the other end of the barrel 15 for cleaning of the roll and a dust suction port 18 at one end of the barrel 15 and in communication with an inner space of the barrel 15, the dust suction port 18 being connected to an exhaust mechanism.
La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de nettoyage de rouleau de refroidissement dans lequel la propreté d'une brosse est maintenue à un niveau élevé. Le dispositif de nettoyage de rouleau de refroidissement comprend la brosse (13) possédant un cylindre tubulaire rotatif (15) pourvu d'un grand nombre de trous d'aspiration (14) qui pénètrent vers l'intérieur depuis la surface périphérique extérieure du cylindre et s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe d'un rouleau de refroidissement ; des fils (16) servant à polir et à balayer le rouleau de refroidissement, implantés dans la surface périphérique extérieure du cylindre (15) et formant une ligne hélicoïdale s'étendant d'une extrémité à l'autre du cylindre (15) ; et une ouverture d'aspiration de poussière (18) formée dans une extrémité du cylindre (15) et communiquant avec l'espace dans le cylindre (15). Un mécanisme de décharge de gaz est relié à l'ouverture d'aspiration de poussière (18) de la brosse (13).
