The invention relates to a device for mechanically processing the top surface of a piece of dough. Said device comprises a pressure cup (6) which is provided with a hollow trough (5) for receiving the piece of dough which is to be processed (3). The piece of dough is placed inside the hollow trough (5) by an input device (2) at an input point (4). At a processing point (9) which is spatially offset in relation to said input point, a tool (20) is arranged in a stand (1) in such a way that it can move up and down so that the piece of dough (3) placed in the hollow trough (5) can be processed. When processed, the pieces of dough (3) are arranged on a support (33) at an output point (40) by the pressure cup (6). The pressure cup (6) is rotatably mounted around a longitudinal axis (6) thereof on a pressure cup support (42) which is separate from the input device (2). Said pressure cup support(42) allows the pressure cup (6) to be displaced back and forth between the input point (4) and the processing point (9). The output point (40) is located in the region where said back and forth movements occur.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement mécanique de la surface d'un morceau de pâte. Ce dispositif comprend un récipient de charge (6) présentant un évidement (5) de réception du morceau de pâte à traiter (3) introduit dans cet évidement (5) par un dispositif d'alimentation (2) à une position d'alimentation (4). Au niveau d'une position de traitement (9) spatialement décalée par rapport à la position d'alimentation, un outil (20) est agencé dans un bâti (1), de manière à pouvoir se déplacer de haut en bas et traiter le morceau de pâte (3) placé dans l'évidement (5). Les morceaux de pâte (3) à traiter sont déposés sur un support (33) à une position de décharge (40) par le récipient de charge (6). Ce récipient de charge (6) est monté rotatif autour de son axe longitudinal au niveau d'un porteur de récipient de charge (42) séparé du dispositif d'alimentation (2). Ce porteur de récipient de charge (42) permet le déplacement en va-et-vient du récipient de charge (6) entre la position d'alimentation (4) et la position de traitement (9). La position d'alimentation (40) se situe dans la zone de ce mouvement de va-et-vient.
