The present invention is related to interactive training. In one embodiment, a training system presents a stored scenario to a user via a terminal. The user is provided with the ability to intervene and stop the pre-recorded scenario to identify an error in handling the situation presented in the scenario and/or an opportunity presented in the scenario. Once the user has intervened, the user can be presented with a question regarding the opportunity and/or error. The user is scored based in part on the number of errors and/or opportunities that the user identified and optionally on the user's response to the question.
L'invention concerne un entraînement interactif. Dans un mode de réalisation, un système d'entraînement présente un scénario stocké à un utilisateur par le biais d'un terminal. On attribue à l'utilisateur la capacité d'intervenir et d'arrêter le scénario préenregistré de manière à identifier une erreur dans le traitement de la situation présentée dans le scénario et/ou une opportunité présentée dans le scénario. Une fois que l'utilisateur est intervenu, on peut présenter à celui-ci une question relative à l'opportunité et/ou l'erreur. L'utilisateur reçoit un résultat en fonction, partiellement, du nombre d'erreurs et/ou d'opportunités que l'utilisateur a identifié et éventuellement de la réponse de l'utilisateur à la question.
