The invention relates to a leaf spring (1), especially for rail vehicles, comprising an inner (2) and an outer connecting part (4) and at least two spring layers that are located therebetween and are made alternately of one elastomeric layer (9, 10, 11, 12) and a sheet metal layer (5, 6, 7, 8). The elastomeric layers are vulcanized together with the connecting parts and the sheet metal layers while being provided with different thicknesses. Each elastomeric layer is made of the same material. The inventive leaf spring further comprises a substantially conically contoured support disk (14) that is placed above the thickest spring layer in the direction in which stress is applied. The inner portion of the softest layer initially rests on the support disk when the spring is loaded while the outer portions of the softest layer, followed by the other spring layers, also rest on the support disk in a continually increasing manner as the load augments. The contour of the support disk influences the characteristic curve of the spring.

L'invention concerne un ressort multicouche, notamment pour véhicules ferroviaires, comprenant une partie de raccordement intérieure et une partie de raccordement extérieure et au moins deux couches de ressort situées entre, à base d'une couche d'élastomère et d'une couche de tôle, disposées de manière alternée. Les couches d'élastomère sont assemblées par vulcanisation, dans chaque cas avec les parties de raccordement et les couches de tôle et les couches d'élastomère des couches du ressort présentent différentes épaisseurs les unes par rapport aux autres. Le ressort multicouche présente un plateau d'appui à contour sensiblement conique, qui est disposé dans le sens de sollicitation, au-dessus de la couche de ressort la plus épaisse. Lorsque le ressort est sollicité, c'est d'abord la partie intérieure de la couche la plus souple qui vient s'appuyer sur le plateau d'appui. A mesure que la sollicitation augmente, les parties extérieures de la couche la plus souple s'appuient elles aussi de manière croissante et continue sur le plateau d'appui, puis sont suivies des autres couches du ressort. Le contour du plateau d'appui influe sur la courbe caractéristique du ressort.
