The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for producing microcapsules. The apparatus according to the invention comprises at least one bead generator, having at least one nozzle passed by a liquid during operation, with a liquid reservoir arranged before the nozzle. The liquid reservoir comprises a membrane in the region of at least one boundary wall for generating a mechanical oscillation in the liquid. The apparatus comprises at least one reaction and transport device passed by a reaction medium, in which the beads generated in the bead generator are received. Microcapsules are formed during a predetermined reaction time period between at least one first polymeric component of the beads and at least one second polymeric component in the reaction medium and are transported along a reaction path. The apparatus is characterized in that at least one electrode, movable substantially parallel to the nozzle axis by a drive, is arranged between the bead generator and the reaction and transport device, which generates an electric field between an outlet region of the nozzle and the electrode for influencing the bead properties. The invention further includes a use of the apparatus for producing microcapsules and a method for controlling the apparatus.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de production de microcapsules. L'appareil selon la présente invention comprend au moins un générateur de perles, comportant au moins une buse traversée en fonctionnement par un liquide, un réservoir de liquide étant disposé avant la buse. Le réservoir de liquide présente une membrane, dans la région d'au moins une paroi limite, destinée à générer une oscillation mécanique dans le liquide. L'appareil comprend au moins un dispositif de réaction et de transport traversé par un milieu de réaction, dans lequel les perles générées dans le générateur de perles sont reçues. Les microcapsules sont formées durant une période de temps de réaction prédéterminée entre au moins un premier composant polymère des perles et au moins un second composant polymère dans le milieu de réaction, et sont transportées le long d'un trajet de réaction. Cet appareil est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une électrode, pouvant être déplacée de manière sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de la buse par un entraînement, est disposée entre le générateur de perles et l'appareil de réaction et de transport, qui génère un champ électrique entre une région de sortie de la buse et l'électrode afin de modifier les propriétés des perles. L'invention comprend en outre l'utilisation de l'appareil pour produire des microcapsules et un procédé de commande de l'appareil.
