The invention concerns an extrusion method for producing hygiene articles, such as baby diapers. Said articles are produced in the form of PE or PP strip with five layers bonded in a single production cycle by means of two extruders (1, 8) using a specific multichannel flat die (4), one channel being use for each strip. During the production cycle, the film is drawn in the longitudinal direction to obtain good breathing activity in the inline drawing station (7). Then, an adhesive closure tab (17) and simultaneously the associated looped fibers (18) are extruded or sprayed on the outer strips (12, thereby producing a highly economical completely finished hygiene article with a simple type of production. The five individual extruded strips constitute a liquid impermeable central strip (13), two breathing film strips constituting the outer strips (12), a liquid permeable coating film (9) provided with an extensible edge strip (14) and an absorbent pad (16).
L'invention concerne un procédé d'extrusion permettant la production d'articles d'hygiène, notamment de couches bébés. Ces articles sont produits sous forme de bande de PE ou PP à 5 couches liées dans un seul cycle de production au moyen de deux extrudeuses (1, 8) à l'aide d'une filière plate (4) spécifique à plusieurs canaux, un canal étant disponible par bande. Dans le cycle de production, le film est étiré dans le sens longitudinal pour obtenir une bonne activité de respiration dans la station d'étirage en ligne (7). Ensuite, une languette de fermeture adhésive (17) et simultanément les fibres à boucles (18) associées sont extrudées ou pulvérisées sur les bandes externes (12). On obtient ainsi un article d'hygiène entièrement fini extrêmement économique pour un travail peu complexe. Les cinq bandes extrudées individuelles sont une bande centrale étanche au liquide (13), deux bandes films respirantes constituant les bandes externes (12), un film de revêtement perméable au liquide (9) doté en bordure d'une bande extensible (14) et enfin un coussinet absorbant (16).
