The present invention is a method of manufacturing a product (102) from at least two individual components (20, 24, 26, 28, etc.) comprising the steps of providing data regarding at least a first and a second component (20, 24) to a customer (40); permitting said customer (40) to request a product (102) comprising the combination of at least said first and said second component (20, 24); transmitting said request to a first location (50) remote from said customer (40); receiving at least one of said first and second components (20, 24) at said first location (50); transporting said first and second components (20, 24) from said first location (50) to a second location (52); assembling said first and second components (20, 24) into the desired product (102) at said second location (52); and transporting said assembled product (102) to said customer (40).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit (102) à partir d'au moins deux composants individuels (20, 24, 26, 28, etc.), ce procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant: à fournir à un client (40) des données concernant au moins un premier et un second composant (20, 24), à permettre à ce client (40) de commander un produit (102) comportant la combinaison d'au moins ce premier et ce second composant (20, 24), à transmettre cette commande à un premier emplacement (50) situé à distance du client (40), à recevoir au moins le premier et le second composant (20, 24), au niveau de ce premier emplacement (50), à transporter ces premier et deuxième composants (20, 24), du premier emplacement (50) vers un second emplacement (52), à assembler, au niveau de ce second emplacement (52), les premier et second composants (20, 24) afin d'obtenir le produit voulu (102), et à livrer au client (40) ce produit assemblé (102).
