The invention provides a means of collecting bovine manure before it accumulates upon field by securing a semi-rigid receptacle to the animal by means of a harness. Padded and adjustable, the strap harness fits varying sizes of animal. Removable from the harness via buckles, the receptacle contains an internal one-way valve for proper excrement flow and has an interior liner that is accessible for cleaning. The receptacle is positioned in line with the animal's excretory orifice(s), thus collecting the manure and also allowing for liquid excrement from cows to selectively exit through a section of wire gauze. Emptying is accomplished by using the tap and valve construction at the base of the container, which allows for removal of wastes with a suction device.
