The invention relates to a method for producing an extract from cannabis plant matter, containing tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabidiol and optionally the carboxylic acids thereof. According to said method, the dried plant matter is ground and subjected to a CO2 extraction and the primary extract obtained is separated. The inventive method permits .DELTA.8 or .DELTA.9 tetrahydrocannabinol to be selectively obtained both from industrial hemp and from drug-producing hemp, optionally after dissolving the primary extract in ethanol, separating undesirable waxes and removing the solvent under reduced pressure.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour produire un extrait contenant du tétrahydrocannabinol, du cannabidiol et éventuellement leurs acides carboxyliques à partir de plantes de cannabis. Ce procédé consiste à broyer les plantes séchées, à les soumettre à une extraction au CO¿2? et à séparer l'extrait primaire obtenu. Le procédé selon l'invention permet, éventuellement après dissolution de l'extrait primaire dans de l'éthanol, séparation des cires indésirables et élimination du solvant sous pression réduite, d'obtenir du tétrahydrocannabinol .DELTA.?8¿ ou .DELTA.?9¿ aussi bien à partir de chanvre industriel que de chanvre destiné à la production de drogues.
