A method and system are disclosed for inducing the atmospheric lift and propulsion of vehicles. Superimposed high-velocity fluid sheets tangentially approach and seal there-with-respect-to smooth containment wall surfaces providing atmospheric abatement concurrently with the maintenance of substantial surface areas under open vacuum via continuous entrainment into the high-velocity sheets. Atmospheric lift, lateral propulsion and attitude-control are provided in efficient response to pressure differentials realized between surfaces under vacuum and opposing surfaces acted upon by the ambient atmospheric medium. Tangential convergence of high-velocity working fluid stream(s) in substantially closed loop provides conservation of system momentum to minimize the work input required to maintain vehicular lift and propulsion functions. Tri-motor drive comprising compressed air, electric and closed-loop heat-cycle engine each in constant regeneration mode co--transform solar, heat loss, and ambient heat into regulated shaft power. Two-stage crash-prevention, zero emission operation as well as automotive and other applications are provided.
