A method and apparatus for recycling waste lubrication oil for reuse as fuel oil includes a fuel pump (12) fluidly coupled to a source of fuel oil (18) and fluidly feeding a flow meter (30) which is electrically coupled to a control circuit (50). A waste oil pump (20) is fluidly coupled to a waste oil source (28) and to at least one depth media filter (22) and is electrically coupled to the control circuit (50). The outputs of the flow meter (30) and the depth media filter (22) are fluidly coupled to a static mixer (34) which is fluidly coupled to a coalescer (40). The output of the coalescer (40) supplies a clean dehydrated blend of fuel oil and waste oil. The control circuit (50) adjusts the flow rate of the waste oil pump (20) according to the flow meter (30) and a pre-selected ratio of fuel oil to waste oil in infinite increments from 0 to 10 %.
Ce procédé et dispositif servant à recycler de l'huile lubrifiante usée, afin de la réutiliser en tant que carburant, et comprenant une pompe à mazout (12) reliée à une source de mazout (18) et alimentant un débitmètre (30) couplé électriquement à un circuit de commande (50). Une pompe à huile usée (20) est reliée à une source d'huile usée (28) et à au moins un filtre de profondeur (22) et est couplée électriquement au circuit de commande (50). Les sorties du débitmètre (30) et du filtre de profondeur (22) sont reliées à un mélangeur statique (34) relié à un coalesceur (40). La sortie du coalesceur (40) produit un mélange propre et déshydraté de mazout et d'huile usée. Le circuit de commande (50) ajuste le débit de la pompe à l'huile usée (20) en fonction du débitmètre (30) et d'un rapport présélectionné mazout/huile usée présentant des augmentations infinies de 0 à 10 %.
