The invention concerns a device for folding intraocular implants with flexible optics. Said device comprises two folding elements (10) opposite each other whereof the ends are mutually linked by deformable means (16, 18, 20, 22). Each folding element comprises a body (14) and a jaw (24) projecting outside said body, an elastically deformable support (36) projecting outside said body along the direction bringing them closer, a positioning pin (38) projecting outside said second end of the support perpendicular to said support and facing upwards to co-operate, at rest, with the periphery of the optical part of the implant and an extension (30) projecting outside said body including a ramp (34) adapted to co-operate with the support of the other folding element when the two folding elements are brought closer together to lower said pin.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de pliage d'implants intraoculaires à optique souple. Ledit dispositif comprend deux éléments de pliage (10) en regard l'un de l'autre dont les extrémités sont raccordées entre elles par les moyens déformables (16, 18, 20, 22). Chaque élément de pliage comprend un corps (14) et un mors (24) faisant saillie hors dudit corps, un support élastiquement déformable (36) faisant saillie hors dudit corps selon la direction de rapprochement, un pion de positionnement (38) faisant saillie hors de ladite deuxième extrémité du support perpendiculairement audit support et tourné vers le haut pour coopérer, au repos, avec la périphérie de la partie optique de l'implant et une extension (30) faisant saillie hors dudit corps comportant une rampe (34) apte à coopérer avec le support de l'autre élément de pliage lors du rapprochement des deux éléments de pliage pour provoquer l'abaissement dudit pion.
