(57) Abstract The separator proposed includes a full-casing centrifuge (5) and a deta- chably mounted settler tank (6) for the solids which run off under the action ofgravity after each centrifuge phase. The inlet (2) for the mixture to be separated is located in the top of the settler tank (6). A pump (9) with a section tube (14) which extends into the settler tank (6) is connected by a line (19) to the centrifuge inlet port (10) and conveys all the liquid arising, from which at least the great particles have already settled out, into the centrifuge (5).
