The invention concerns a medicine comprising, as active principle, an efficient quantity of at least an oligosaccharide substance capable of modulating apoptosis dysfunction and optionally comprising, on at least some of its unit motifs, at least a substituent of the group comprising sulphate, methyl and acetyl groups, the substance being selected from the group comprising: oligosaccharides derived by enzymatic or chemical process from polymer groups including .beta. 1-3 glucans optionally comprising .beta. 1-6 branches; and oligosaccharides derived by enzymatic or chemical process from sulphated galactans, in particular carrageenans, agars and porphyrans.
L'invention a pour objet un médicament comportant, à titre de principe actif, une quantité efficace d'au moins une substance oligosaccharidique propre à moduler les dérèglements de l'apoptose et comportant éventuellement, sur au moins certains de ses motifs unitaires, au moins un substituant du groupe comprenant les groupements sulfate, méthyle et acétyle, la substance étant choisie dans le groupe comprenant les oligosaccharides dérivés par voie enzymatique ou chimique des polymères du groupe comprenant les .beta. 1-3 glucans comportant éventuellement des ramifications .beta. 1-6, et les oligosaccarides dérivés par voie enzymatique ou chimique des galactanes sulfatés, notamment les carraghénanes, les agars et les porphyranes.
