A casing annulus remediation system for overcoming problems associated with lowering a flexible hose (51) into an annulus (21) between strings (13, 15, 17, 19) of casing in a petroleum well by pressurizing the hose (51) so that the hose is rigid and may be forced down the annulus. A nozzle (65) is affixed to the lower end of the hose. The hose may be inserted several hundred feet into the well. Therefore, the hose (51) is pressurized to maintain rigidity to keep the hose from winding about the well during deployment. To keep the hose rigid internal pressure is maintained in the hose (51). The nozzle (65) is provided with a burst disk (69) that holds the pressure. Once the hose is lowered to a desired depth, an operator may increase the pressure sufficiently in the hose to break the disk (69), thereby allowing heavy liquid to flow out.

L'invention concerne un système de rééquilibrage dans un annulaire de tubage, qui permet de résoudre les problèmes liés à la descente d'un tuyau flexible (51) dans un annulaire (21) entre les colonnes (13, 15, 17, 19) du tubage d'un puits de pétrole, en mettant ledit tuyau (51) sous pression de manière à maintenir ce tuyau rigide et à pouvoir forcer sa descente dans l'annulaire. Une buse (65) est fixée à l'extrémité inférieure du tuyau, lequel peut être descendu à plusieurs centaines de pieds dans le puits. On pressurise donc le tuyau (51) pour le maintenir rigide, afin d'éviter qu'il ne s'enroule autour du puits en cours de déploiement. La rigidité est obtenue par maintien d'une pression interne dans le tuyau (51). La buse (65) est équipée d'un disque de sécurité (69) qui maintient la pression. Une fois le tuyau descendu à la profondeur voulue, un opérateur peut augmenter la pression suffisamment dans le tuyau pour rompre le disque (69), permettant ainsi l'évacuation du liquide lourd.
