The invention relates to a novel solid transdermal therapeutic system which comprises UV absorber and is designed particularly for photosensitive active pharmaceutical substances. Said UV-stable transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) is composed of a rear layer (1), at least one active substance-containing matrix (2), and a peelable protective film (3). An adhesive layer (4) and a separating layer (5) are selectively inserted between the rear layer (1) and the active substance-containing matrix (2). UV absorbers from the group of hydroxyphenyltriazines can be embedded in the rear layer (1), the active substance-containing matrix (2), or the adhesive layer (4). The inventive TTS is provided with great stability while having a low UV absorber concentration, thus preventing or reducing especially the risk of a potential skin irritation.

L'invention concerne un nouveau système thérapeutique transdermique solide qui comprend des absorbeurs d'U.V. et qui est en particulier conçu pour des substances actives pharmaceutiques photosensibles. Le système thérapeutique transdermique stable aux U.V. (TTS) comprend une couche arrière (1), au moins une matrice (2) renfermant une substance active, et une feuille de protection retirable (3). Selon l'invention, une couche adhésive (4) et une couche séparatrice (5) sont insérées de manière sélective entre la couche arrière (1) et la matrice (2) renfermant la substance active. Des absorbeurs d'U.V. faisant partie du groupe des hydroxyphényltriazines peuvent être intégrés dans la couche arrière (1), ou dans ladite matrice (2), ou dans la couche adhésive (4). Le système TTS selon l'invention présente une stabilité élevée et une faible concentration en absorbeurs d'U.V., ce qui permet notamment d'empêcher ou de réduire le risque d'une éventuelle irritation cutanée.
