A system is provided for separating vapours from liquids flowing through a sealed system. The system has a main line for passing the liquid through, and comprises bypass means in fluid communication with the main line. Gas discharge means are located on the bypass means for passing a gas into the bypass means wherein the gas rises through the bypass means. Collection means are in communication with the bypass means for collecting the gas passing through the bypass means for analysis.
