The invention relates to a method for producing polyamides by polymerization of lactams in the presence of metal oxides as heterogeneous catalysts. According to the invention, the metal oxides are placed inside a mold which permits mechanical separation from the reaction mixture and are removed from the reaction mixture during or after completion of the polymerization.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des polyamides par polymérisation de lactames en présence d'oxydes métalliques comme catalyseurs hétérogènes. Selon ce procédé, les oxydes métalliques sont placés dans un moule permettant l'extraction mécanique hors du mélange réactionnel et qui est extrait du mélange réactionnel pendant ou après la polymérisation.
