A method of making beaded foam molded products with corrosion inhibitor incorporated therein includes the steps of expanding a foamable synthetic resin into puffed beads, transporting the puffed beads from storage hopper (12) through conduit means (16) into spray chamber (20), spraying onto the puffed beads a liquid containing a vapor phase corrosion inhibitor through spray head (30) to provide a coating on the puffed beads, and molding the coated puffed beads into a beaded foam molded product with the corrosion inhibitor dispersed throughout the thickness thereof and migratable to the surface thereof.

Procédé de fabrication de produits moulés en mousse perlée, dans lesquels sont incorporés des agents anticorrosion, ce procédé consistant à expanser une résine synthétique transformable en mousse pour obtenir des perles soufflées, acheminer ces perles provenant de la trémie de stockage (12) en les faisant passer par un conduit (16) pour les introduire dans une chambre de pulvérisation (20), les pulvériser au moyen d'une tête de pulvérisation (30) d'un liquide contenant un agent anticorrosion en phase vapeur afin de les enrober, et mouler les perles enrobées pour obtenir un produit moulé en mousse perlée, l'agent anticorrosion étant dispersé dans toute l'épaisseur du produit et pouvant migrer jusqu'à sa surface.
