The invention concerns a cask comprising: (A) a profiled sheath or liner forming a receptacle, obtained from at least two non-symmetrical parts (1a, 1b) welded together, one of said parts comprising an orifice provided with a neck, and (B) a filling/racking member (3) positioned in the neck of said orifice, while the part of the receptacle comprising the filling/racking orifice includes a collar or peripheral skirt (13) having a height not less than that of the outer part of said filling/drawing member and, optionally, sufficient for including at least a cut-out forming a handle, and while said neck of said orifice comprises a part (9) overlapping inside the volume of said sheath and having a reduced diameter at its end (10), so as to allow through and maintain the racking member (3), and comprising at least another orifice (11), advantageously at the periphery of said orifice allowing through and maintaining the racking member. The invention is applicable to beer casks.
Le fût selon l'invention comprend: (A) une enveloppe ou liner profilée formant récipient, obtenue à partir d'au moins deux parties non symétriques (1a, 1b) soudées entre elles, l'une des dites parties comportant un orifice muni d'un col, et (B) un organe de remplissage/soutirage (3) positionné dans le col du dit orifice, tandis que la partie du récipient comportant l'orifice de remplissage/soutirage comporte une rehausse ou jupe périphérique (13) ayant une hauteur au moins égale à celle de la partie externe du dit organe de emplissage/soutirage et, en option, suffisante pour pouvoir comporter au moins une découpe formant poignée, et tandis que ledit col du dit orifice comporte une partie (9) débordant à l'intérieur du volume de ladite enveloppe et présentant un diamètre restreint à son extrémité (10), de façon à permettre le passage et le maintien de l'organe de soutirage (3), et comportant au moins un autre orifice (11), avantageusement en périphérie du dit orifice de passage et de maintien de l'organe de soutirage.
