A production apparatus for stably producing from a thermoplastic resin a resin film product having a small and even film thickness, a smooth surface, and no mars. Also provided is a mandrel (7) which, in continuously producing a resin film in continuous form, is disposed close to or in contact with a surface of a running resin film and guides the film. It comprises a mandrel main body (71) having openings and a guide part (72) which comprises an elastic member attached to each opening (71a) and can protrude toward the resin film and withdraw.
L~invention concerne un appareil de fabrication pour assurer la production stable à partir d~une résine thermoplastique, d~un produit de film de résine d'épaisseur de film faible et uniforme, à la surface lisse et sans éraflures. Elle porte également sur un mandrin (7) qui, lors de la fabrication continue d~un film de résine sous forme continue, est disposé à proximité ou bien au contact d~une surface d~un film de résine en movement et guide le film. Le mandrin comprend un corps principal de mandrin (71) ayant des ouvertures et une pièce de guidage (72) englobant un élément élastique fixé à chaque ouverture (71a) et susceptible de saillir vers le film de résine et de se retirer.
