ABSTRACT A suspended ceiling system includes carrier beams with a plurality of elongate members to be demountably attached thereto to be inclined to the plane of the beams. Each such member comprises a first part to be attached to the beams, and a second, decorative, part detachably supported at the lower edge thereof, for instance by suitable interengaging shaping, in a sliding or snap fit. A variety of different shapes and colours of second parts can readily be held in stock.
