The present invention relates to a method of supplying electrical power to an equipment by means of a battery, said method including the step of short-circuiting the battery until it has a temperature greater than a predetermined threshold, characterized in that the battery is short- circuited with a temporal duty ratio determined to keep the equipment functioning and to maintain the temperature of the battery above the predetermined threshold. The invention also relates to a battery and an electrical equipment for implementing that method.
La présente invention concerne une batterie compre-nant un organe de mise en court-circuit agencé pour être commandable entre un état de fonctionnement normal de la batterie et un état de court-circuit dans lequel la batte-rie est en court-circuit, l'organe de mise en court-circuit étant relié à un détecteur de température de la batterie pour passer de l'état de court-circuit à l'état de fonc-tionnement normal pour une température de la batterie supé-rieur à un seuil prédéterminé. L'invention a également pour objet un équipement électrique et un procédé d'alimentation mettant en uvre un moyen de mise en court-circuit de la batterie.
