The invention concerns a streptogramin group A derivative of general formula (I), wherein: R¿1? is a halogen atom or an OH, alkyloxy, azido, thiocyanato radical, or R¿1? represents a -NR'R'' radical wherein R' is a hydrogen atom or a methyl radical, and R'' is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, cycloalkyl, allyl, propynyl, benzyl or -OR''' radical, R''' being a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, cycloalkyl, allyl, propynyl or benzyl radical, or R'' represents -NR·R··, R· and R·· may represent a methyl radical, or together form with the nitrogen atom whereto they are bound a saturated or unsaturated 4-or 5-membered heterocycle which may contain another heteroatom selected among N, O or S; and R'¿1? represents a hydrogen atom or, R¿1? and R'¿1? together form an oxo radical; R¿2? is a halogen atom or an alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, phenyl or heteroaryl radical, or an alkylthio, phenylthio or heteroarylthio radical; R¿3? represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl or ethyl radical; and the bond ----- represents a single bond (stereochemistry 27R) or a double bond, the alkyl radicals containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms in linear or branched chain and the alkenyl and/or alkynyl radicals containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms in linear or branched chain. Said derivatives are particularly useful antibacterial agents.
Un dérivé du groupe A des streptogramines de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R1 est un atome d'halogène ou un radical OH, alcoyloxy, azido, thiocyanato, ou R1 représente un radical -NR'R" pour lequel R' est un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical méthyle, et R" est un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alcoyle, cycloalcoyle, allyle, propynyle, benzyle, ou -OR"', R''' étant un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alcoyle, cycloalcoyle, allyle, propynyle ou benzyle, ou bien R" représente -NR~R~~, R~ et R~~ pouvant représenter un radical méthyle, ou former ensemble avec l'atome d'azote auquel ils sont attachés un hétérocycle à 4 ou 5 chaînons saturé ou insaturé pouvant en outre contenir un autre hétéroatome choisi parmi N, O ou S, et R'1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou bien, R1 et R'1 forment ensemble un radical oxo, R2 est un atome d'halogène ou un radical alcoyle, alcènyle ou alcynyle, phényle ou hétéroaryle, ou un radical alcoylthio, phénylthio ou hétéroarylthio, R3 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical méthyle ou éthyle, et la liaison --- représente une liaison simple (stéréochimie 27R) ou une liaison double, les radicaux alcoyle contenant 1 à 6 carbones en chaîne droite ou ramifiée et les radicaux alcényle et/ou alcynyle contenant 2 à 6 carbones en chaîne droite ou ramifiée. Ces dérivés sont des agents antibactériens particulièrement intéressants. (I)
