An apparatus for removal bones from a fish fillet is presented. A conveyor is provided for conveying the fish fillet and supporting means is arranged on said conveyor for supporting the fish fillet as it is being conveyed by means of imposing the fish fillet on it so that the bones to be removed are exposed. A second supporting means is arranged sidewise to said first supporting means for maintaining the fish fillet in a fixed position as the exposed bones are removed with a bone removal unit, which is arranged above the conveying means.

L'invention a trait à un appareil permettant de désosser un filet de poisson. Ledit appareil comprend : un transporteur, qui achemine le filet de poisson, et un moyen de support, disposé sur ledit transporteur, qui supporte le filet de poisson lors de son acheminement, le filet de poisson étant placé sur le moyen de support de façon que les arêtes à enlever soient exposées. Un second moyen de support est disposé de côté par rapport audit premier moyen de support, et est destiné à maintenir le filet de poisson dans une position fixe lors de l'élimination des arêtes exposées à l'aide d'une unité de désossage, qui est disposée au-dessus du transporteur.
