A soya extract having a more precisely defined ratio of sphingomyelins to phospholipids, and its production process are claimed. The latter involves the following stages: a) extraction of ripe whole soya beans or oil-free soya flour using aliphatic alcohols or a mixture of these alcohols with water; b) concentration of the extract from stage a); c) extraction of the concentrated extract from stage b) by treatment with aliphatic hydrocarbons; d) treatment with vegetable activated carbon and concentration of the extract from stage c) by evaporation; e) insolubilization of the active components using aliphatic ketones; f) filtration of the active components, and drying. Also claimed is a pharmaceutical and cosmetic composition containing said extract, which is intended in particular for the prevention or treatment of dry skin.
Cette invention concerne un extrait de soja contenant des lipides, son procédé de fabrication ainsi qu'une composition pharmaceutique et cosmétique correspondante. L'invention concerne un extrait de soja présentant un rapport sphingomyélines/ phospholipides défini avec plus de précision, et son procédé de fabrication. Ce processus comprend les opérations suivantes: (a) obtention d'un extrait à partir germes de soja mûr entier ou de farine de soja sans huile au moyen d'alcools aliphatiques purs ou mélangés à de l'eau; (b) concentration de l'extrait obtenu à l'opération (a); (c) concentration de l'extrait obtenu à l'opération (b) par traitement avec des hydrocarbures aliphatiques; (d) traitement avec du carbone activé d'origine végétal et concentration de l'extrait obtenu à l'opération (c) par évaporation; (e) insolubilisation des principes actifs au moyen de cétones aliphatiques; (f) filtration des principes actifs, et séchage. L'invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique et cosmétique renfermant ledit extrait, en particulier dans le cadre de traitement préventifs ou curatifs de la peau sèche.
