ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method is described of transporting syringes which have been preloaded with medication. Each syringe has a tubular body with a needle end and a plunger receiving end. The plunger receiving end has an outwardly projecting flange. Firstly, form at least two rows in parallel spaced relation on a support, each row having two members. A first space between the rows defines a first axis. A second space between the members defines a second axis substantially perpendicular to the first axis. Secondly, place the tubular body of the syringe into the first space of the support along the first axis. The flange at the plunger receiving end of the tubular body is positioned in the second space along the second axis with the flange pinched between the members thereby securing the syringe to the support.
