A system for refractive ophthalmologic surgery, particularly for LASIK, in addition to the ablation laser and optionally further optical guiding means (18, 30), comprises a device (34) for optical coherence to-mography as an integrated component in order to enable measurement re-sults obtained with said device to either be displayed on a display device and/or to be used for controlling the ablation.

L'invention concerne un système de chirurgie ophtalmologique par réfraction, en particulier le système LASIK, qui en plus du laser d'ablation et éventuellement d'autres moyens optiques de guidage (18, 30) prévus comme composants intégrés, présente un dispositif (34) de tomographie optique par cohérence qui permet de présenter sur un dispositif d'affichage les résultats de mesure obtenus avec ce dispositif et/ou de commander l'ablation.
