The tendon can have three portions along the second axis between the third and fourth ends. The ligament can also include a securing material securing one section of the three portions with another section of the three portions so as to form the third end and the fourth end, respectively, and so as to form the ligament with a substantially uniform cross-sectional thickness along the first axis between the first and second ends.
