The invention relates to an aiming device (1) which is used to guide and place longitudinal bone fixing means (4) in a predetermined direction with respect to a bone fixing device (6). The aiming device (1) comprises securing means (5) which can be detachably secured to a bone fixing device (39). The aiming device comprises A) a first centering part (13) which can be placed on the bone fixing device (39), and a second centering part (3) which is arranged at a distance from the first centering part; B) both of the centering parts (13;3) comprise at least one pair of guiding elements (14, 29) which are arranged in a coaxial manner in relation to each other.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de visée (1) servant à guider et à placer des moyens d'ostéosynthèse (4) longitudinaux dans une direction prédéterminée par rapport à un dispositif d'ostéosynthèse (6). Ce dispositif de visée (1) est pourvu de moyens de fixation (5) destinés à être fixés de manière libérable sur un dispositif d'ostéosynthèse (39). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que A) le dispositif de visée présente un premier élément de centrage (13) approprié pour venir en appui contre le dispositif d'ostéosynthèse (39) et un deuxième élément de centrage (3) placé à distance du premier, et B) les deux éléments de centrage (13;3) présentent au moins une paire d'éléments de guidage (14;29) coaxiaux.
