The present invention provides a fluidized bed equipment that can improve durability of the metal mesh plate while taking advantage of the characteristic features of the metal mesh plate having an excellent rectifying function without compromising the rectifying function and durability of the metal mesh plate even when the fluidized bed equipment is made to be large size, wherein a porous dispersion plate is provided nearby the bottom of the vessel filled with a fine powder, the porous plate being so constructed as to allow a floating gas to pass through it and prevent the fine powder from falling down; wherein a floating gas blows through the dispersion plate from downward of the dispersion plate up to the inside of the vessel by a gas feed device; and wherein the outer frame of the dispersion plate is inserted near by the bottom of the vessel, many gas holes larger than the grain size of the fine powder being formed on a porous plate integrated with the outer frame, the peripheral edge of a metal mesh plate, provided at upward of the porous plate with a distance apart, being bound to the outer frame, and the mesh size of the metal mesh plate being formed to be smaller than the grain size of the fine powder.
