The invention relates to pyrrolo [2, 3b]-pyrazine derivatives having the general Formula (I) wherein R2 and R3 are identical or different and represent H, C1-C6 alkyl, said alkyl being a straight or branched - chain alkyl, which can be substituted, R6 is an optionally subsituted aromatic cycle Ar or a cycloalkyl, said cycloalkyl being optionally substituted by an aryl group which can also be substituted, R7 is H, C1-C6 alkyl, (alk.)n-hal., CH2-CH = CH2, CH2-cycloalkyl, CH2-Ar, with "alk." being a C1-C6 alkylene group, n being 1-6, Z is H or CH3. Application as active principle of pharmaceutical compositions, particularly for treating or preventing neurodegenerative disorders and proliferative disorders.
La présente invention concerne des dérivés de pyrrolo [2, 3b]-pyrazine de la formule générale (1) dans laquelle R2 et R3 sont identiques ou différents et représentent H, alkyle C1-C6, ledit alkyle étant un alkyle à chaîne linéaire ou ramifiée, qui peut être substitué, R6 est un cycle aromatique Ar facultativement substitué ou un cycloalkyle, ledit cycloalkyle étant facultativement substitué par un groupe aryle qui peut également être substitué, R7 est H, alkyle C1-C6, (alk.)¿n?-hal., CH¿2?-CH = CH¿2?, CH¿2?-cycloalkyle, CH¿2?-Ar, "alk." étant un groupe alkylène C1-C6, n étant 1 à 6, Z étant H ou CH¿3?. L'invention porte également sur l'application desdits dérivés comme principes actifs de compositions pharmaceutiques, en particulier destinées au traitement ou à la prévention de troubles neurodégénératifs et de troubles prolifératifs.
