A cell culture carrier comprising an organ tissue slice which is optionally adhered or adhered/extended onto a support. By using this culture carrier, culture environment closer to a vital tissue (i.e., environment having spatial and time information of the target vital tissue incorporated thereinto) can be provided, which enables clarification of various properties and characteristics of cells with the use of the interactions of the spatial and time information between the target cells and vital tissue, analysis of gene function with the use of the interactions, reconstruction of the tissue with the use of a template of the vital tissue and transplantation of the tissue thus reconstructed.
L'invention concerne un porteur de culture cellulaire comprenant une coupe biologique d'un organe éventuellement collée ou collée/étendue sur un support. Grâce à l'utilisation de ce porteur de culture, un environnement de culture se trouve plus proche d'un tissu vital (un environnement dans lequel sont incorporées des informations spatio-temporelles concernant le tissu vital cible), ce qui permet une clarification de diverses propriétés et caractéristiques des cellules par l'utilisation des interactions des informations spatio-temporelles entre les cellules cibles et le tissu vital, une analyse de la fonction génique à l'aide des interactions, une reconstruction du tissu à l'aide d'une matrice du tissu vital et une transplantation du tissu ainsi reconstruit.
