Disclosed are methods, systems, and a processor product that include: providing a worker access to a listing of work shifts via a network connection, allowing the worker to provide bids for at least some of the work shifts by assigning a priority to the at least some of the work shifts, assigning a work shift to the worker based on the bids provided by the worker and a bid ranking associated with the worker; and, updating the listing to remove the work shift assigned to the worker. The bid ranking can be associated with age, seniority, and/or a company rule.
La présente invention se rapporte à des procédés, à des systèmes et à un produit logiciel permettant à un travailleur d'accéder à une liste de postes de travail par l'intermédiaire d'une connexion réseau, permettant audit travailleur de postuler sur au moins certains des postes de travail par le biais de l'affectation d'une priorité à ce ou ces postes choisis parmi les postes de travail, permettant l'attribution d'un poste de travail au travailleur en fonction des souhaits exprimés par celui-ci et d'un classement des souhaits associé au travailleur; et permettant la mise à jour de la liste de sorte que le poste de travail assigné au travailleur soit retiré. Le classement des souhaits peut être dépendant de l'âge, de l'ancienneté et/ou d'une règle de la société.
