The invention provides an austenitic Ni-based alloy with improved workability,good corrosion resistance and good structure stability preferably for usage as tube material in sulphur-,chloride- or alkaline- containing environnements. The material has an austenitic structure which contains in weight % up to 0.025 C, 20.27 Cr, 8-12 Mo, up to 0.5 Si, up to 05 Mn,up to 0.3 Al,upto O.l N,3-15Fe,up to O.5 Ti,upto 05 Nb, the remainder being Ni and usual impurities.

L'invention concerne un alliage austénitique à base de Ni présentant une aptitude au façonnage améliorée, une bonne résistance à la corrosion ainsi qu'une bonne stabilité de structure, s'utilisant de préférence comme matériau pour tubes dans des environnements sulfureux, chlorurés ou alcalins. Le matériau présente une structure austénitique qui contient en % en poids jusqu'à 0,025 C, 20-27 Cr, 8-12 Mo, jusqu'à 0,5 Si, jusqu'à 0,5 Mn, jusqu'à 0,3 Al, jusqu'à 0,1 N, 3-15 Fe, jusqu'à 0,5 Ti, jusqu'à 0,5 Nb, le solde étant constitué de Ni et des impuretés usuelles.
