Description

A composition suitable for application to skin to provide thereon a film with electroconductive and astringent properties, comprises a mixture of a film-forming amount of a film-forming polymer, an electroconductive amount of an ionic astringent compound homogeneously dispersed throughout the mixture and a carries therefor whereby on application to the skin, a film is formed containing said compound substantially homogeneously dispersed throughout the film.
