A device comprises cleaning heads 4,5 mounted on a shaft 1 for free rotation. On sinking and elevating the device on a tractive member 10, in a liquid up-current, the heads 4,5 start rotating in in different sides. Cutting elements - knives 6 having an involute profile and arranged on oppositely directed spiral paths cut the deposits. On descent, cutting collars 14 of said knives 6 situated in the lower portion on head 5 perform "rough" cutting, the knives 6 of both heads 4,5 crush the cuts and chip, and cutting collars 13 in the upper portion of the upper head 4 carry out the "finishing" of the internal surface of an elevating stiring. The given mathematical relations defining the ratio of parameters of the device elements are as follows: the heights of heads 4, 5 and an angle of attack of knives 6, the lengths of the shaft 1 and a stabilizer 8, their mass, the length of the pitch of knives 6 and the diameter of the heads 4,5.
Dispositif comprenant des têtes de nettoyage (4, 5) montées sur un arbre (1) de manière à tourner librement. Lors de la descente et de la remontée du dispositif sur un élément de traction (10), dans un flux ascendant, les têtes (4, 5) se mettent à tourner dans des sens différents. Les éléments coupants ou couteaux (6) à profil en développante et disposés sur des parcours hélicoïdaux de direction opposée, coupent les dépôts. Pendant la descente, les bords tranchants (14) des couteaux (6) situés dans la partie inférieure de la tête (5) réalisent la première coupe, les couteaux (6) des deux têtes (4, 5) écrasent les débris de coupe, et les bords tranchants des couteaux (13) dans la partie supérieure de la tête du haut (4) font la finition de la surface interne d'une colonne de tubage montante. Les relations mathématiques définissant le rapport des paramètres des éléments du dispositif sont les suivantes : les hauteurs des têtes (4, 5) et l'angle d'attaque des couteaux (6), les longueurs de l'arbre (1) et du stabilisateur, leur masse, la longueur du pas des couteaux (6) et le diamètre des têtes (4, 5).
